Free Metals Program

The promotional free metals described herein (The “Program”) is available only for purchases from Allegiance Group (the “Company”) on or after January 1, 2023. To qualify, the following four conditions must be met:

1. This offer applies only to new customers.
2. The customer must make a new purchase of precious metals from the Company.
3. The purchase amount must be at least $50,000.
4. The metals purchased must be of eligible types which exclude mass produced bullion bars and coins and includes lower mintage premium coins provided by the Company.

Provided the above conditions are met, the Company will ship Free Metals of its exclusive low mintage premium product valued at the fair retail market value (the “Free Metals”) directly to the customer (for direct cash purchases) or to the applicable depository. For IRAs, Free Metals will be shipped to the client’s depository in their prospective IRA accounts. The value of Free Metals sent by the Company depends on the amount of Metals purchased as follows (all amounts in US Dollars):

• $500 in Free Metals for purchases of Metals of $50,000.00 to $99,999.99.
• $1,000 in Free Metals for purchases of Metals of $100,000.00 to $249,999.99.
• $2,500 in Free Metals for purchases of Metals of $250,000.00-$499,999.99
• $5,000 in Free Metals for purchases of Metals of $500,000.00 or more.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or eliminate the Program at any time and without notice. In that event, customers who made qualifying purchases prior to the termination of the Program will remain eligible to receive the Incentive.
